With the holidays approaching, local Law Enforcement and our District Attorney's office are planning to implement a No Refusal policy. What's that mean? If you are stopped while driving, and Law Enforcement suspects your are under the influence of any substance, they will ask you to provide a breath or blood sample. Motorists who refuse to provide a specimen will then have their case referred to a judge to seek a search warrant whereby the police may draw a blood sample for chemical analysis. Lead counsel Christopher Beck and second chair Aidan Beck will be seeking an acquittal of this accused citizen.

Presently in the 435th District Court of Montgomery County Texas, the Honorable Patty Maginnis presiding. I will be back in the office at noon. I look forward to reconnecting with my clients after a week long trial in the 359th District Court of Montgomery County Texas, the Honorable Mary Ann Turner presiding. It was a hard fought battle which included a DNA expert, a detective, multiple fact witnesses, and a testifying defendant. I am grateful to the jury for their hard work and sensibility that will give my client another chance to pursue his life.
